Intermodal Transportation
Intermodal Transportation is a transportation method, according to which at least two different transportation modes are combined without replacing the container.
The combinations we use are as follows:
- Truck + RO-RO vessels + Rail
- Truck + Rail
The Intermodal Transportation is used due to
- the competitive prices
- the reliable and short transit times
- the minimum dependency to external and factors, such as traffic, strikes and congestion at the borders
- it is environmentally friendly
