The forwarding company Multifreight SA specializes in the management of cargoes that are mainly transported in containers and require combined transport. The company, within the framework of implementing a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, has established the Quality Policy which has been communicated to the interested parties and includes:

To provide services that will satisfy the requirements of the customers as stated in the agreed offers, while maintaining the cost at competitive levels
To ensure that the requirements and expectations of the customers, taking into account the obligations arising from the assignments and including the legislative and regulatory requirements, have been determined and are fulfilled with the aim of achieving their satisfaction
To take all the necessary preventive measures to ensure the health and safety of the employees
To employ personnel selected based on the criteria and requirements of each position, as well as the willingness to participate in the vision and the Policy of the company
To implement a program of continuous education and training of the staff by specialized trainers
To utilize modern technology and be in continuous modernization of the equipment used
To systematically monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
To implement systematic control of the services provided to meet customer requirements
To implement the Quality Objectives it sets, through their effective management
The company’s name is a guarantee for the quality of the services it provides.

To achieve the above, the company has documented and implemented a Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which includes all activities that affect the quality of the services provided as well as its relationships with customers.

The Quality Management System is the tool for the development, improvement and further recognition of the company in the market that is moving and has the full support of the Management in terms of resources – means for its effective implementation and improvement.

The Quality Policy established by the company is understood by all staff and its fulfillment is their daily concern.
